About our Agency:
I opened my agency in November of 2016 and lead a small, close-knit team of three built around flexibility, trust, and long-term growth. Before becoming an agent, I worked in technology sales, which shaped my approach to communication, coaching, and helping people find the right solutions. I’m married with three children, so supporting families and maintaining a healthy work-life balance isn’t just something we talk about—it’s something we actively practice.

Our agency is proud to give back to the community by serving as a drop-off location for Sleep in Heavenly Peace and participating in Toys for Tots each year. Giving back is an important part of who we are and how we stay connected to the families we serve.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
  • Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
  • Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
  • Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.
Qualifications:
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
  • Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
